What We Do

Two practice areas, one standard of rigor.

We bring defense-grade program and operations discipline to organizations that need their initiatives delivered on schedule, on budget, and built to last.

Consulting & Program Leadership

01

Project & Program Management

PMP-certified leadership from initiation through closeout. Disciplined frameworks, risk management, governance, and data-driven decisions that keep programs aligned to strategy and ahead of schedule.

02

Operations Management

Workflow optimization, resource allocation, and operational readiness across complex organizations. We translate proven defense-grade methodologies into measurable commercial performance.

03

Interim & Turnaround Leadership

Drop-in program leadership when a project is off track or between managers. We stabilize budget and billing, rebuild client confidence, and run day-to-day operations until the program is healthy and handed back.

04

Data & Analytics

Turning operational data into decisions: performance dashboards, metrics, and analysis grounded in a data-science background, so leadership sees what the numbers actually say.

05

Proposal & Capture Services

Government and commercial proposal development end to end: capability statements, compliance matrices, technical and management volumes, pricing volumes and cost models, and red team reviews, run with the same discipline we bring to the programs themselves.

How We Engage

A clear method, from assessment to sustained results.

Every engagement follows a structured path so leadership always knows where a program stands and what comes next.

01

Assess

We map the current state, objectives, constraints, risks, and the gaps between intent and execution.

02

Design

We build the plan: governance, milestones, resource model, and the metrics that define success.

03

Implement

We drive execution with disciplined program management, active risk control, and clear reporting.

04

Sustain

We transfer capability to your team so improvements hold long after the engagement closes.

A sample of the work behind the practice, from interim program leadership to standing up a U.S. Army unmanned-systems program.

Liberty Alliance · 6 months

Interim program leadership and rescue

Stepped into a live project shortly after execution with minimal handover. Resolved outstanding budgeting and billing issues, rebuilt the client relationship, and assumed day-to-day operations, steering the team through a demanding period for both the client and end users.

Raised client and employee satisfaction and ran the project for six months until a permanent program manager was identified and onboarded.

Veteran Reintegration Program · Multi-vendor

Standing up a veteran reintegration program

Managed a veteran reintegration program spanning a complex network of nonprofit vendors. Established the policies and procedures, ran documentation and regulatory compliance, and coordinated training, job-placement, and housing services across partners.

Prepared 100+ veterans for reintegration, trained 30+, placed 10+ in jobs, and met 100% of recruitment and retention goals.

U.S. Army Gray Eagle UAS · 2 years

Standing up an Army UAS program

Ran the establishment, training, and standardization program for the initial setup of the Gray Eagle UAS for the U.S. Army, coordinating multiple stakeholders. Built flight operations from the ground up, delivered and standardized training, and implemented flight and ground policies plus risk-management procedures for a dynamic, evolving software baseline that introduced additional operational risk.

Enabled the first Gray Eagle training flights under Army operations, with safe flight operations sustained throughout.

Textron · Gray Eagle UAS

Training and pilot operations leadership

Led training and pilot operations as operations manager, directing a team of 42 and orchestrating complex scheduling across several no-fail international support commitments. Refined and scheduled a comprehensive Gray Eagle training program, provided contractor embedded pilot support for initial overseas deployments, and managed vendor support for manned-pilot licensing, readiness, and certification.

Advocated and implemented changes to flight time and training that accelerated training by 25%, while sustaining pilot readiness and certification across the team.

Insitu (Boeing) · Deployed operations

Deployed UAS operations and readiness

Directed unmanned flight operations as field support representative and site manager in deployed environments, owning scheduling, records, and risk mitigation while operating sensor and full-motion-video payloads alongside military units.

Sustained a 95% operational-readiness rate and reduced project risk by 30% through disciplined planning and scheduling.
